Frederick Chocolate Gala Participant:
As a Program Manager at Frederick Community College, I would like to suggest you consider having one of the FCC Culinary Institute Baking Class students work as an apprentice with your organization to assist your preparation for the 2008 Chocolate Gala.
The students are enrolled in our culinary program and have completed several courses; however, at the time of the Chocolate Gala they will have just begun the Baking Class. The apprentice program is not required, but by offering extra credit, we anticipate a good level of participation by the 16 students that will be in this class. Through their classes these students are familiar with professional kitchens but, as apprentices, will need your teaching and guidance in the area of desserts.
